Yes, It will take 700x23. No probs.
Just a note to say that as one of the first owners of a Ceepo Venom in the UK the bike is brilliant, runs smoothly and fast and gets a lot of looks, nice to stand out from the usual cervelos! Thanks to the team for working hard to get the bike to me in time for Lanzarote training

I was help build Fraser Cartmell's Ceepo the other day with the boys from Total Racin Inc, i must say it's VERY NICE, i will be riding one myself (soon hopefully) can't wait. Check out a thread on tritalk gear forum.
